Performance Improvement Module (PIM) Phase II Workshop
Course Description
Who Should Attend:This workshop is appropriate for any child support enforcement (CSE) worker responsible for processing and maintaining support cases to ensure that current support is a reliable source of income for families and that arrears owed are paid.
Overview and Focus:The focus of the workshop is to introduce the Performance Improvement Module (PIM) Phase II that will provide Domestic Relations Section (DRS) workers with a method for selecting support cases that require action thereby improving collections on current support and arrears resulting in a positive impact on Federal performance measures.
Topics Addressed:The primary topics addressed in the workshop are the following:
- Accessing the PIM Phase II application
- Reviewing available search options
- Reviewing various tabs and screens included in PIM II including but not limited to:
- Worker Dashboard
- Case Information
- The Matrix
- Employer Wage Attachment Information
- Statistics Across Cases
- View Scheduling Requests
